Pergolas
Pergolas have been designed and installed by Gardenproud for many years as part of complete garden design schemes. Traditional and contemporary timber pergolas continue to add architectural interest, warmth and shade, while modern aluminium pergolas now offer a clean, contemporary aesthetic with enhanced weather protection.
Metal Pergolas
In recent years, prefabricated aluminium pergolas have become increasingly popular due to advances in design and technology. Premium modular systems offer flexibility, durability and extensive customisation, while mid-range and entry-level options provide excellent performance at more accessible price points. Features can include adjustable louvred roofs, integrated lighting, infrared heaters and optional blinds, allowing pergolas to be enjoyed in a wide range of conditions.
Design, installation & integration
When metal pergolas are specified, Gardenproud will design the surrounding garden scheme, prepare suitable foundations, integrate services and oversee installation. Finished floor surfaces are also created to ensure the pergola works harmoniously within the overall garden design.
Timber Pergolas
Wooden pergolas range from bespoke contemporary structures manufactured on site, to prefabricated traditional designs installed as part of a wider garden scheme. Materials commonly include treated softwood, oak and larch, alongside other sustainable hardwoods where a distinctive finish is required. Designs are always created to complement the character and architecture of the property.
Pergolas are constructed by skilled landscapers with strong carpentry expertise, supported where required by local workshops and specialist fabricators. Larger structures are adapted and installed on site to ensure a precise fit and a seamless finish.
